Our Mission
At Sikho Kids, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality, engaging educational content — regardless of their background, location, or the resources available to their family. Our mission is simple yet profound: to transform early childhood learning into an interactive, joyful experience that sparks curiosity and builds strong foundations.
We are especially passionate about making foundational literacy accessible in multiple languages. Our Hindi Varnmala module, for instance, was designed to help children across India and the Indian diaspora connect with their mother tongue through colorful visuals, authentic audio pronunciations, and touch-based interactivity. We understand that language is more than communication — it is culture, identity, and belonging.
Every feature we build starts with one question: "Will this help a child learn with a smile?" If the answer is yes, we build it. If not, we go back to the drawing board.
Our Story
Sikho Kids was born from a simple observation: young children in our community were spending time on devices, but most of the available content was either passive entertainment or poorly designed educational apps filled with distracting ads and complex interfaces. We saw an opportunity to create something better.
Our founding team at OmShanti Infotech — a group of developers, educators, and parents — set out to build an app that respects both the child's attention and the parent's trust. We started with the basics: the English alphabet and numbers. But we quickly realized that children in India needed something more — they needed an app that could also teach them Hindi, help them recognize everyday objects like fruits and vegetables, and introduce them to the natural world through animals and birds.
Today, Sikho Kids offers over 12 curated learning categories, each carefully designed with age-appropriate content, vibrant illustrations, and clear audio pronunciations. And we are just getting started.

We design with COPPA compliance in mind. No personal data collection from children, no in-app purchases that can confuse young users, and no inappropriate content — ever.
Inclusivity
Education should not be limited by language or geography. We offer bilingual content in English and Hindi, with plans to expand to more Indian languages in the future.
Joyful Learning
We believe children learn best when they are having fun. Our app uses bright colors, playful sounds, and gamified interactions to keep young minds engaged and excited.
Accessibility
From Android phones to Android TV, we make our app available on the devices families already own. Our simple, intuitive interface requires no reading ability — perfect for pre-literate learners.
What We Offer
Sikho Kids covers a comprehensive range of early learning topics, each presented through beautifully illustrated flashcards with audio support. Our content is organized into engaging categories that children can explore at their own pace.
With smart features like Auto Swipe for hands-free learning and Repeat Mode for reinforcing difficult concepts, we empower children to learn independently while giving parents peace of mind.
