Welcome to Sikho Kids. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sikho Kids mobile application and the Sikho Kids website located at sikho-kids.web.app, collectively referred to as the Service. The Service is owned and operated by OmShanti Infotech.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of that minor and are responsible for their use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Sikho Kids App is designed for children in early childhood (ages 2-8), but it is intended to be downloaded and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. Users who download and manage the App must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Children should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Service

Sikho Kids is a free, ad-supported educational application that helps young children learn fundamental concepts including:

• English Alphabets (A-Z) and Hindi Varnmala
• Numbers (1-100)
• Fruits, Vegetables, Colors, and Shapes
• Wild Animals, Farm Animals, and Birds
• Body Parts and Vehicles

The App provides interactive flashcards with images and audio pronunciations, along with smart features like Auto Swipe and Repeat Mode to enhance the learning experience. The Service is available on Android mobile devices and Android TV / Google TV platforms.

4. User Accounts

The Sikho Kids App does not currently require user registration or the creation of an account. No personal login credentials are needed to access the educational content. If we introduce account features in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through the Service — including text, graphics, illustrations, audio clips, animations, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of OmShanti Infotech or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent, except for temporary caching incidental to normal App use or sharing screenshots of your child's learning progress on personal social media with credit to Sikho Kids.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any parts of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends excessive requests to our servers.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious material.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Play Services for distribution, Google AdMob for advertisements, and Firebase Analytics for understanding usage patterns. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertisements

The Sikho Kids App is free to use and is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. We strive to ensure advertisements are appropriate for a family audience. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it to us at omshantiinfotech5@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Sikho Kids App is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. 10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The educational content is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmShanti Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, conduct of any third party, content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access to your transmissions.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may add new learning categories, features, or content, and may remove or update existing content to improve quality.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
